1. Shipping and Delivery
   We ship all orders within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please allow this time for processing and delivery. We currently ship only once per order to the address provided during checkout.
2. Size Exchange
   We offer size exchanges for the same product only. To initiate a size exchange:

• Customers must email us at chyglobalofficial@gmail.com.
• The product must be sent back to our address in Mumbai, at the customer's own expense.
• Once we receive the product, we will re-courier the correct size to the same address mentioned in the initial order.

Please note that the exchanged product will be shipped under the same 2-week delivery timeline.
